I did both. The it defaults back to the user ID as soon as I click away from the plugin.

Sorry it took me so long to get back to you on this. I’m still getting an error on the YouTube button where I should see subscribe.

I think part of the problem is that my channel ID is not saving when I enter it. If I click away from the USMI plugin page, when I come back the user ID has defaulted back to “Polli Construction Inc.” The plugin is up to date. Any ideas?

I am having this exact same problem. Every channel ID I enter produces an error where I should see “subscribe” when I’m hovering over the icon. There are no extra spaces before or after the name.
