We are experiencing the same issue and are unable to connect. This is working with your competitor’s plugin (the official Postmark plugin) and we have deactivated it to install Solid Mail.

Looking forward to a resolution as we have already installed this on other sites a few weeks back and it worked wonderfully.

This plugin has been closed as of November 11, 2024 and is not available for download. This closure is temporary, pending a full review.

and lack of response makes me think it is time to replace this plugin.

I guess this is NOT supported.

We will be swapping this out with something else.
