I have now read thru it, and apparently i only missed the “edit published” option for the users, However, this gives the user access to EDIT the post after it’s been published, and therefore bypass the “review”, so that way they can make a clean post, get it approved, and then later go back, and rewrite it completely..

.. That’s not good…

Can’t they just be allowed to control the comments?

Yes, it does, but the user cant do anything, and on pic 2, there should be “approve, mark as spam” …. so the user can do it directly..
