https://amershamband.com/the-snowman-tickets/ shows one of the two performances that are active using [sshow-boxoffice id=The Snowman]. Second perf does not show

I also setup page, https://amershamband.com/Test, with [sshow-boxoffice] and it shows nothing, sales not available currently, there are two shows and 4 performances in the database so not sure what is going on now

I down graded plugin to last version and the error goes away. I can now add performances ok. However, now thos performances don’t seem to show up when using [sshow-boxoffice id=”The Show”] only the previously entered performances are listed. and if i just enter [sshow-boxoffice] nothing is listed when it should be everything.

I hav tried both PHP8.1 and 7.4 in case that did anything – same result

And I am using 4.4.3 and have trried both PHP 7.4 and 8.0, plugin still has fatal error

I have exactly the same issue, site down!!!!!

ok solved this one, the email template is selected from the Payment tab and managed to edit the PHP file.

Another issue has arisen for the sent email. It sends email via various SMTP servers and outlook doesn’t like it and doesn’t show the images as it thinks it suspect. I installed WP Email SMTP which works fine in its test mode but not sure Stageshow is using the generic mail callor whether it has its own. WOuld lik eto link it to my gmail account to avoid any email filtering at customer end?
