    Does anyone know if this roll back plugin works with Multi-site?

    Upgraded my Multisite to 5.5 and have all kids of odd issues from not being able to customize the theme to weird issue with uploading photos and scheduling post.

    Didn’t have any of these issues with the previous version.

    Hopfully I can do the rollback until WP 5.5 has it’s issues worked out.

    Thanks for the info. What I did was backed up everything on the old site including all the files and database.

    The new host is a “Managed” wordpress service where they set it up as a new blank install. The url stayed the same.

    Once the new site was up I went in with sFTP and copied all the back up files/folders ect to the new site except for the wp-config as I was told it would have the new database info and url stuff for the new site.

    The I went into the phpMyAdmin and selected the new database and did the import.

    I read over the steps in the link you provided and I think I basically did the same thing. I’m going to go back in via sFTP and make sure all the file and folders copied over.

    Is there a specific file/folder that the post and pages would be in?

    I couldn’t use a plugin to make the move as the server was having issues (old server I was told) and I could not log into the site via wordprss as it kept timing out. So I use FTP to copy all the folders and files and use the database manager to backup the database.
    Sometimes you can’t do things exactly by the book.

    We have a chat room where our support staff works. If a clients wants to purchase a support ticket they have to call into to our support center to pay using a credit card. When the charge has been approved the support representative will either transfer the caller to the appropriate support person or they will schedule a call back to the client.

    What I would like to try is that when in the chat room our support person would be able to send the client a link when he could pay online instead of directing him to call a toll free #. Visa and Mastercard will not allow us to take credit card info withing a chat room even if it is a private chat.

    Each support person would have their own product/payment link. Once the client has paid for the support call the support person would get the payment confirmation email and then will provide him a toll free number to call or do a call back or schedule the call for a later time.

    My first thought would be to make a txt file with the info on how to complete his support call as the “download” product. But perhaps the download link would send him to a special web page that provides him this information.

    You have so many great plugins that I though I would see if there was one specifically for this type of application.

    Your ideas and comments are greatly appreciated.

    I’m sorry you meant the order page on YAK.. I do see it and the error is that my Authorize.net requires and “Invoice #” Can YAK generate an Invoice # ?

    Thanks for the response but that is just it, I do look at the order pages and nothing shows up in the “declined” list nor the “Settled” list.

    It’s like the connection to authorize.net isn’t happening.

    Is there a way I can verify that the link to authorize.net is happening and that for some reason authorize.net is not accepting it?
