@shevasa That would be a perfect solution, thank you!
btw: I have sent another request/bug fix to [email protected]. Is this the correct support address for this or shall I post it here again in the support forum?

@shevasa: The tracking link can easily be changed by just changing the beginning from “https://www.dhl.de/de” to “https://www.dhl.de/en” (just tried it manually and it works). Could you please provide us a short code snippet to change this in the functions.php? It would be very helpful for everyone with English speaking customers.
Thank you
@shevasa Thank you!.
When we print a label with CN22, “Others” is marked in the CN22 (at the top) instead of “Sales of goods”. Where can we change this so it automatically marks “Sales of goods”?
@shevasa Such a smart solution, thank you!
@shadim Great solution, thank you!

In reply to: [Site Reviews] Button missing on form (standard page)@geminilabs Thank you! We were able to solve it with custom css.
@shadim Thank you. We will add this code to the functions.php, right?
Until yesterday, Warenpost International was processed by Deutsche Post Plugin which covers this “feature” already, so I do not think this is rare occurrence. You will need it for every non-eu shipment.
Further, it should be easy for you to implement this as well since you have already two other fields (“country of origin” and “hs tariff number”) that can be modified for the cn22/23 forms. Adding one further field to modify should not be that complex and it would improve the plugin so much since Warenpost International can not be used properly without this.

@shadim The CN22/23 forms are there to show the people from the customs immediately what kind of product it is. They do not know all the products we sell so they need a clear product description for custom purposes. So for instance, we should be able to use “book” instead of “title of the book” since they will not know all the book titles out there and therefore do not know what kind of product is in front of them which will lead to longer processing times at the customs. Do you agree?
@shadim Thank you. How do you consider using the cn22/23 forms without this? The standard product description is not useable for custom purposes and Warenpost International just started today …
@shadim We have just updated to the newest version but it is still not possible to change the customs declaration text. Is there a way to change it manually for the CN22 form for Warenpost International?
@shadim Great to hear, thank you! Since Warenpost International will also be processed by DHL (starting next month), this will be a necessary feature for CN22 as well.
So we are looking forward for your update ??
@shadim Thank you –?I have seen this already (as mentioned in my post) and it is a great functionality.
However, what is missing here is a field to modify “Customs declaration text” (see for instance the plugin of “Deutsche Post Internetmarke” which does that already).
Customs need a short and clear description for custom purposes (e.g. Smartphone) which is not given by the various description in our shops (e.g. iPhone 12 mini, black).
So is it possible for you to add another field to modify the “Customs declaration text”?

In reply to: [Site Reviews] Button missing on form (standard page)@geminilabs Thank you for your quick response. It seems like our theme only defined the button style for WooCommerce buttons since it is working properly on Woocommerce pages (while there is no button on “standard” pages).
Do you have a CSS code for us we can use to force the plugin to use the button style as defined in our theme for the Woocommerce buttons?
Thank you!
