This is strange – it doesn’t matter what I put in the wp-config.php file, I get a blank screen. I can just write nonsense and I get a blank screen. However, if I delete the wp-config.php file, it says, “There doesn’t seem to be a wp-config.php file. I need this before we can get started….”

Any ideas what the problem is??

Cheers for all this input guys! This kind of response shows how incredible the WP community is. The MT community has become non-existant, I put a post on their bb and within a day or two I receive a response from one of their paid help who don’t help at all.

So how easy or difficult is it to migrate existing blogs from MT to WP? I’ve read that MT’s export feature doesn’t export the URL names, is that still true?

I valided the CSS, everything checks out.

I shrunk that long text, still the same problem.

Look at the link categories (if you’re using firefox) or the first link in each category (if you’re using IE). Something is screwed up there, it’s probably in my CSS, but when I was using 1.5.2 I was able to edit something to fix this. When I upgraded to 2.0.2 I lost that.

No, in the sidebar.php file in the theme, it just makes a call to some category-related function. I’m looking for the specific place in that function that displays the link category.
