Hi Steve,
thank you following the plugins advice using FTP has worked.

Anyone else having the same problem – try renaming the W3 Cache plugin folder to OLD. The try getting back into the wp-admin part of the site and in my case it asked me to click to update my database and then i was sent to the back-end of the site!

Thank you Steve, I’ll try working through this list first. Not an expert so a little nervous making manual changes via ftp. But will give it a go!

Thanks for replying. But that was the first place I tried. I couldn’t see specific mention of the sub domain to root workflow or the consequences and if there were additional steps to follow.

….actually scrap that. I found the setting, deactivated the plugin but it doesnt happen. I also found one post where the images are disaplayed correctly:

thank you for looking at this for me. Maybe a dumb question but I dont remember implementing the light room effect, so is there anywhere obvious where that setting would be?
