Do you have a live link where I could take a look at your shop?
It might be related to the fact that you are using an older WooCommerce version than supported.Forum: Plugins

In reply to: [CartBounty - Save and recover abandoned carts for WooCommerce] kudosHi hermansv,
It seems like you should Deactivate the plugin and then reactivate it once again in order for the database to be updated for now.
I will create an additional notice or button to inform users about this.
Let me know if this fixes the issue.Kind regards

In reply to: [CartBounty - Save and recover abandoned carts for WooCommerce] kudosHi hermansv,
Thanks for the feedback ??
Could you please give me additional info about this feature request? Maybe it would be enough with just the Country?I am asking this because I want the plugin to stay simple, lightweight both on requests and on database interactions. Also I wouldn’t really wan’t to fill the database with irrelevant fields.
Thanks
Just wanted to add that I have fixed the issue and pushed a new version.
You no longer will see duplicate abandoned carts in the Table. Please download the latest version.
Cheers ??
Hey tonyt78,
Thanks for your feedback.
I have previously seen such behaviour only if the table of abandoned carts get messed up. Then sometimes it may register each abandoned cart multiple times. And it only removes the last entry of the abandoned cart. e.g. if 4 entries were registered then at a successful purchase just the last one is removed and the previous 3 remain. The solution that usually works in this case is to deactivate the plugin, then delete it and install it once again. And if you will be testing it out on your own browser – clean browser cache as well.
As for the fact that one abandoned cart was not registered – that could only mean that the customer did? t fill in the e-mail field of the Checkout form since abandoned carts are only registered if e-mail field is filled. There is no point in creating entries in the database if you will not be able to get back to them.
Let me know if the solution helps with your case.
Dear Bomakalu,
The new Pro version fixes some small issues and adds email notifications about abandoned carts. Unfortunately Mail chimp integration has not been tested or worked for now since the idea right now is to keep it as simple and fast as possible.
Kind thanks
Hi advexpwoo,
One of your suggestions is completed – Email notifications about Abandoned carts have been integrated in the Pro version.
Hi,
Email notifications have been launched in the Pro version, please refer to this Save abandoned carts link.
Best,
