Thanks for your answer.As far as I can see, it is quite complex to get this feature done. But with the https://iframely.com/ service, it looks like it is possible to buy this solution. But it can be quite expensive, I see!
May you be aware how to code/install this?

Ive also had this issue, since I updated the plugin which is now a few weeks ago. I havent got time to fix this issue, but now I just checked up on this forum topic, and tryed your last solution here – and I must say, it works!
It is the ONLY thing ive changed, and my errors dissappeard from my frontpage. Thank you so much!!

Okay.. But even before I was using JIG, the attached picture example was the case when I was clicking them up in fullscreen on a mobile device. So that issue might not have anything to do with JIG, since it was there before too?

But when I try to go to an article and click a gallery now, it is still opening in the static page with my Samsung Tab2 tablet, but its “working” on the mobilephone Samsung Galaxy S3 except that it is showing the pictures way larger than the screen can cope. See the attached image for example:

.. and on the phone, its not possible to slide or move around on the screen when the picture is opened.

I really think you all should contact the plugin provider directly. I have got very huge success by doing that, instead of making support topics in here.
They fix the problems for you, allmost 24/7 7 days a week! Give it a shot and feel the good service they provide!
All right.. So all in all – I just have to keep both folders and live with that.. ??

Thanks. But again, I allso have the normal ‘thumbs’ folder, which contains the same set of pictures? I mean, I find it weird to have two different kind of folders, with same kind of content.

Can you recommend some, who is payable?
When I did that last time, I had made a custom user role named “Skribenter”, which I wanted to choose below Nextgen settings.
But when I did that and updated the Nextgen settings, it was just still the same as before, which means “Admins” as the least level of permission.
So when I exited that page, the button in the menu was gone..
So im really not sure if I want to try again, since it might happen again and I have to deactivate and all that once more, if that happens..
So what do you say?
After using the Reset Tool, I can go to the User Roles system on Nextgen and change it and it will work?
I had User Role Editor too, and I had created a custom user role by this plugin. But for some reason, I was not able to get this custom user role, to being able to create a gallery and even upload pictures.
So when I tryed to fix it, by changing the roles below Nextgen Gallery, it dissappeared from the menu, even for me as admin and for those users I tryed to change the rules to.

I had the exactly same problem! But when I did what you mention in the guide (Download and upload reset tool, deactivating all plugins, reactivate Nextgen gallery and then use reset tool), it works for me!
I have now reactivated all my plugins, and the problem is still gone! So now im currious about changing the user roles again?
