OK, so the direct link in “plugins” doesn’t work and you just have to use the XML-sitemap link in “Options” in the general admin left sidebar.

I have the same problem. I used the WP navigation link to connect to the admin options and then clicked on the “configuration page” on the plugin options without any success until now. Always the same message : “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.”
