same problem here. But the post actually IS BEING SAVED.

It says “saving draft” and the publish button is disabled.. but if you go away from that page into “drafts”, the post is there, hopefully as you left it.. and now you can click publish.

I will investigate if the theme or a plugin is causing this.

Same thing here. After the update the visual editor stopped working and i DO NOT have MailPoet installed so other plugins may also be causing this to malfunction.

Update to 1.7.2 fixed the issue.

This simple issue was posted 1 week ago… and all you did was “look at the issue”, didn’t even provide a temporary workaround. it had to be a user doing it. ( thanks Todd ).

As a paying customer, I am disappointed.

HOW TO FIND THE BUG:

when writing new post:
1- INSERT MEDIA
2- EXTERNAL MEDIA
3- SPECIFY YOUTUBE URL
4- JWPLAYWER FETCHES DATA CORRECTLY
5- CLICK “INSERT JW PLAYER” BUTTON

PROBLEM:

The button is irresponsive. Nothing happens, nothing is inserted on the post and the “insert media” pop up does not even close.

Please fix this ASAP. Thanks.

Same problem here.

Upload error: The userphoto upload content directory does not exist and could not be created. Please ensure that you have write permissions for the ‘/userphoto’ directory. Did you put slash at the beginning of the upload path in Misc. settings? It should be a path relative to the WordPress root directory. wp_upload_dir() returned:

– Uploads dir is CHMOD 777;
– Manually created the “userphoto” folder and chmoded it 777;

nothing works ??
