You could turn the feature off in Yoast and then login to your cpanel, head to your file manager and create your own robots.txt

I’m not sure it will have a negative affect on your website but if you’re concerned then you can just create your own.

It works fine for me, I’ve just been through each and every page, have you resolved this issue?

The area you are referring to is called the body of your website.

Your websites body is currently filled with your “recent work”.

Are you using a page builder?

If you are using a pagebuilder, then I’d suggest going to pages and editing your homepage from there.
