It looks like you are using plugin to add post list in sidebar. Plugin you have used is using small size images so cannot be changed from CSS.

There might be option to select image size in plugin you have used. Please check it or you can contact author of the plugin.

Alternatively, you can use Popular Posts or Recent Posts widgets come with theme.

Theme show default menu from pages if you do not assign menu or create menu.

You can hide menu and logo using CSS.

You need to customize plugin to remove categories filter and add new button. Similarly to change ptta-portfolio slug as well.

You can find option to add title, icon and sub-title at widget. You need to customize plugin for additional features like sending users to client page.

Or you can simply add default text widget and add link there.
