We figured out the problem with IE11. It was actually looking for the default “Search” placeholder text in the field. Once we removed that from the code, it works perfectly.

We went in the events-calender-class.php and line 4161 removed “search” from the ‘placeholder=’ field.

I am also having this problem! I have VFB Pro and tried to enter this code into the functions.php file for my theme but it is not working. ?? I see the label name (i.e., Tenant Understanding), but not the description of the instructions field.

I need the ENTIRE instructions field to show up in the emails because the user has to check that they understand the text for legal matters and it is required by law.

I love your plugin, it makes it so easy to create forms, especially ones like THIS (really LONG resident application), however, I need to get this to work or else I have to find something else.
