thanks for your feedback. Currently time format settings of WP affect frontend of Event Calendar WD only. We fixed several bugs and made improvements so that it can be fully customizable everywhere on front. As for the dashbboard, we have not changed it yet. Choice of time format is mostly country-specific preference. We will try to made it customizable as well. However this feature improvement will not be done soon, because of team load and large backlog. Thank you for patience.

thanks for using Instagram Feed WD plugin.

Plugin adds no limitation of characters in hashtag. I have tested with your hashtag and if worked fine. Please disable other plugins and check again. Perhaps there is a conflict with some other plugin. Hashtag with underscore works the same way as the one without it.

margin-bottom = 24px is added by WP theme to every p tag.
You can overwrite this with

#ffwd_container1_0 p {
	margin-bottom:8px;
}

it seems you have quite old customized version. Can you please update to the latest one? I would recommend you to backup your current version, so that if you lose some customizations on the calendar, you can restore them back.

Can you please reproduce this issue? We don’t see any possibility for Instagram account to be hacked because of the plugin. However, we will be very happy if you can help us with finding the issue.

but then within minutes of connecting to this plugin, my account becomes compromised

Perhaps you may make a screencast of the process and check all the apps having access to your Instagram account before and after connecting our plugin.

Also make sure that there is no extension in your browser that can steal any access credentials.

We are very sorry for the problem you had.
You made a very serious claim. But it is baseless. That is technically impossible.

Because when authorizing our plugin,it does not request any permission to post or to comment on your behalf. Only permission scopes are basic and public content . It means our plugin can only get your media or public media to display them in your site.

If you still suspect that your account has been hacked, please do the following steps.
1. Check what third-party apps have permissions to post or to comment. Remove all of them.
2. Change your instagram password.

After that you can sign up with our plugin again. It cannot hack your account.

It is possible that WordFence blocks AJAX requests, if not configured properly.
When browsing this page https://shop.mounthermon.org/, please open developer tools – network -> XHR filter.

There is another problem on your site now. AJAX request for Instagram cached data returns HTTP 403 – forbidden. Please check what is going on there, perhaps something has been changed in your server config.

thanks for using Instagram Feed WD plugin.
Note that images in your feed are sorted by likes, not date. Also the plugin caches Instagram data, so new posts in Instagram do not appear right away in your site. If you want to update them immediately, please use “reset cache” button in plugin settings page. There is no need to link and unlink Instagram account via token, just reset cache.
Also you can configure caching duration there.

Please try these steps after you make new posts to Instagram and they get enough likes to appear in the feed. If old images are still there and the feed won’t update, please write to our support using this contact form .
