in the recent version of the plugin, the main file has been renamed from instagram-wd.php to wd-instagram-feed.php.

If you deactivate and delete old version manually, this should not happen. If you use WP standard plugin updater, after the update the plugin will be deactivated. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

you need to update the pro version manually. Login to your web-dorado.com account, download the new version zip file from the “my products” page.
Deactivate and delete an old version of the plugin from your website and install new version instead as usually.

do you click on magnifying glass icon and no image is being shown in opened popup? If so, probably you have PHP 5.3 installed on your server. There is a bug in the theme with lightbox on PHP 5.3.
The next version which is 1.0.9 (it is not live yet, maybe after a day or two it will be live), should fix that bug. Download it here:

A plugin that caches and minifies scripts does not work correctly.
It makes all the code one-line, but does not add semicolons after curly brackets ( } ) closing javascript functions.

Web-Dorado constantly aims to provide a good balance between features of FREE and PRO versions. For 95% of users, free versions is enough. We do not want to make self-praise, but the free version of Instagram Feed WD plugin has more features than all competing plugins.
What functionality would you like to see in the free version? We may reconsider free and pro versions if needed.

has sample data already installed. The free version of the theme does come with sample data. However you can achieve similar look with your posts and images.

To change the logo image, go to theme settings -> general. There is a setting for logo selection.

The search space should be visible by default. Could you please provide with the URL to your website, and we will check if everything is ok.

In the current version, it is impossible. In the forthcoming version, which will be very soon (a week or two), there will be an option to change logo part width. Also a lot of new features , improvements and fixes. Stay tuned.

To hide slider on all the pages except homepage, edit front_end_functions.php file in front_end folder in the theme.

Find the line
if($hide_slider=="" && $image_link!=''){
and replace it with
if(($hide_slider=="" || is_home()) && $image_link!=''){

p.s. We gonna add this option to the future versions of the theme. Users will be able to show slider on every page, show only on homepage or hide it everywhere.

Indeed, this resizing and style changes are annoying. We discussed this issue with developers and came to the conclusion, that unfortunately, we cannot make this changes very soon. The issues you mentioned are essential part of new version changes. We need about three weeks to complete its development and testing. Please be patient. We are sorry for inconveniences.

We could not find the effect you describe on chrome. We tried the verson you mentioned with different page load speeds. Did I understand you correctly, that at some moment page is visible (loaded at least partially), then everything disappears for a fraction of a second and then appears again?

There are only some small style changes, but not disappearing, of content (mainly menu items) during page load. This is caused by javascript rearranging menu after page load. This is not a bug, however we will fix this in the new version.

There is an easier way to change logo image. Just open theme settings -> general -> LOGO
