1. Only WP Fastest Cache installed.
2. Not other add-ons for CF7.
3. We use a theme Verbosa.

Unfortunately, updating the plugin did not solve the problems with the photo in the gallery, in addition, errors were added in the region, city and neighborhood (see the screenshot on the right).
