Hi Niksap, this is interesting and I hope you hear a response. Where did you set the hide dashboard setting? Is that in Adminimize? I don’t recall seeing that and will have to go back and look, or was it in a ui manager plugin? By the way, have you tested this with incognito browser, and/or a different browser? I find sometimes that helps get the result I am after.

I have the same issue. I have two networks and it works fine on one but not the other. Interestingly, on the network on which it works, I have Beaver Builder child theme installed. On the one that is not working I have astra child them installed. I have cleared the cache a few times, and that is not fixing. Anything I can do myself? I imagine you will suggest I contact astra support, but I would love to solve this prior to them getting back to me… if possible.

Do we need to create a superadmin role for example, using User Role Editor which is a copy of the Admin Role?
