Thanks, yeah it was the ad ID problem as you mentioned. I implemented another ad unit and that fixed the issue.

Any idea as to how long do I need to wait for the ads to appear on all browsers & devices?

Ok, I have just enabled remote debugging now. Also I’m not using any caching plugin or server side caching.
