So it’s still alerting there is a change? That’s what the repository file says.
If it says it should say 3.9.2 then I need to take this to Mark for review. If you don’t mind, confirm the error so I’m not sending him on a wild goose chase ??I ran another scan and received no alerts or warnings:
“Congratulations! You have no security issues on your site.”

Can you look at the actual file and verify it now says its tested to 3.9.2? Did you do any updates to Akismet lately?
Checking wp-content/plugins/akismet/readme.txt … it says:
“Tested up to: 4.0”

Greetings,
I have also received this warning from Wordfence:
Warnings:
* Modified plugin file: wp-content/plugins/akismet/readme.txt
The changed file is:
Original: Tested up to: 4.0
Changed to: Tested up to: 3.9.2Is that weird?
I’ve reverted it to the original.

In reply to: [WP-Footnotes] How to add horizontal line between each footnoteAlternatively, a reasonable space between each footnote at the bottom of the page would also work. Thanks.
PS: I’m using CKEditor Version 4.0, SHAREAHOLIC Version 7.0.1.0

In reply to: [One-Click Child Theme] [Plugin: One-Click Child Theme] it wiped out my siteAfter installing and activating the plugin I tried to create a Child of a theme called GONZO.
The result was lots of error messages and my site going blank.
I was unable to access the Dashboard.
To salvage the situation ….
Went into my FTP and deleted the plugin, then renamed the GONZO theme folder.
This allowed me to access the Dashboard again.
Activated the Twenty Eleven theme.
In FTP restored the name of the GONZO theme folder.
Activated GONZO within my Dashboard.
Everything seems to be back to normal.

In reply to: Artisteer – feedback please?Howdy.
I purchased Artisteer yesterday. Tested it for several days prior.
Very happy with it personally and have created several nice looking, functional WordPress themes with it.
Because I have a number of WordPress sites of my own and several I look after for friends, it’s a worthwhile investment for me.
Furthermore, I haven’t been that happy with the latest batch of freely available WP 2.7 themes, and lack the skills to create my own WP Themes from scratch.
But using Artisteer I’ve been busy creating a batch of new themes which are just the way I like them.
Happy New Year,

In reply to: Anybody using ArtisteerGood morning.
I purchased Artisteer yesterday, after testing it for several days.
I’m very happy with it and have been able to VERY quickly and easily create several nice, well-functioning WordPress themes with it.
You can download an unpaid version and test-run it from
https://www.artisteer.com/?p=downloads&post_id=99220&forum_id=18So far I haven’t come across any problems with it. Probably because I’m too busy enjoying the many things this program can do.

In reply to: Dashboard doesn’t display colors or buttonsAfter an exchange of screenshots – of my colleague’s blog and of other websites – it looks like this problem is not at all confined to the Dashboard, and is not a WordPress problem.
My colleague’s computer is, for some reason, not displaying any (or hardly any) CSS, regardless of what site he’s viewing.
Since he’s experiencing the problem in both Explorer and Firefox, it doesn’t seem to be browser-related.

In reply to: Dashboard doesn’t display colors or buttonsI found this “Browser test page” @
Using this site, my colleague has discovered that his browser is not recognizing CSS (Cascading Style Sheets)!
I wonder what could be causing this?

In reply to: Dashboard doesn’t display colors or buttonsThe other thing that’s a major problem is that, as the buttons don’t show up – for instance, the “categories” button doesn’t show up – only the word “categories” – as shown here:
https://thinkertothinker.com/dashboardscreenshot03.jpg
… there is no way to display the various categories. There is no “drop-down” function available.
I’m wondering whether the problem could be caused by some conflict of programs.
I remember reading somewhere (?) some time ago that some antivirus or firewall programs can sort of strip away the look of sites, toolbars, and menus.
Still researching ….

In reply to: Problem with order of pages and sub-pagesOh! One more thing.
Within the control panel both pages and sub-pages DO alter the order in which they’re listed based on the number I enter in “page order”. But on the front-end of the blog it seems to make now difference.
Again, thanks for any possible help. ??
