Recently, we improved our plugin’s features and UI, even added 2 new functions (Country Blocking and Backup) for free. We are very sorry that happened to you.
Could you please change the php setting: memory_limit, change it to 512M, .e.g. in php.ini, add a line at the bottom of the php.ini file: memory_limit=512M.

We are very sorry to hear that, we think the problem might cause by these folders:
/wp-content/plugins/ose_firewall/assets AND /wp-content/plugins/ose_firewall/protected/runtime are not writable.
Please change the file permission for these two folders and set them writable. Check this page: https://www.protect-website.com/application-runtime-path-valid/
