Use the html tab to post html code – it’s at the top of the editor box.

What theme are you using, and whats your site url?

At the top of the edit box there are two tabs – Visual editor and HTML editor. Make sure you have the visual one selected.

Failing that, you need to make sure the visual editor isn’t disabled. This is a check box in Users – Your Profile.

Can you clarify if this is something you’ve checked?

You’ll need to hard code the Flash image to link to the website you want.

The other option – if you’re using an Adserver is to do it that way. Wp-ads won’t do it, but I think ad minister is fine.

I should probably add that new images ARE displaying, it’s just the old ones…

No worries – I used FTP to reinstall the whole thing I’d backed up.

I deleted the .maintenance file and now the site (and admin section) is totally blank.

Sorry, that’s actually what I meant. I should know how to do this but it’s driving me up the wall.

So if I make a file called form.php and then call it in the index, and use the css to apply the image as a background – in theory that should work?

That’s correct for me.

I want this to work for 7 or 8 categories (each one has 2 sub categories)

OR if I create 2 categories, and then use sub categories to make this work… whichever is easier.
