I have the same issue and also followed the step to deactivate the notification from Mysql which didn’t work either. Nothing is working.

Thank you for this info. I guess I’ll need custom coding because this is an issue where a small minority of people do not want to input their address at all.

Checked the link again, but in a private window and I’m pleased to report the it is now working. I’ll give this plugin 5 stars for awesome customer support.

Not true. The product link I’m testing on, and pretty sure I gave it to you, has weight and dimensions. There are 750 products on that site so it’s going to take a while to update all of them and before updating anything, I want to make sure the plugin is actually working. Adding weight is one thing, adding dimensions is extra work when you have that many products.

I sent you an email through your contact form, but since there is no option for a file attachment, it might go to your junk mail. Please advise.

All products have to have a length ad width on top of weight? There are 750 products, that’s why I’m double checking.
