All the functions which we have claimed within the documentation of the plugin, are very much there and work precisely well.
But, if you are looking for a specific feature, then that does count as a customisation and we do charge extra for such custom requests.
And we did respond to your email, but we do not have a 24 x 7 support system here and before we could respond to your email, you had asked for a refund and which we processed already and left a message for you there on CodeCanyon instead of emailing the same to you.

This link {my domain}/account/?ru={referral code} will register the user under referral code user. Please share a referral setting page screenshot and a site URL to check the setting if you have faced any issue.

The plugin has already supports multi-language. So if you already know Hebrew, then you can translate everything to Hebrew by your ownself. Otherwise, we will translate English to Hebrew from our end via Google Translate, and you can use that.

You can set the product-wise commission too. https://referral.staging.prismitsystems.com/admin-settings.html#product_percentage_settings
Also, you can remove exclude products from the referral program. The admin can’t assign affiliates to parent affiliates yet. But we can add that support if you require.

Please tell us which plugin did you buy. And, our add-on plugins are working with premium version only.

The user has to join a referral program to get additional credits. So please check that the user is part of a referral program or not.

You can’t access premium features in a free version. So you can upgrade the plugin if you want to use additional features.

It extends the WooCommerce registration functionality. There is no additional shortcode for that. So you can use WooCommmerce hooks or shortcode for user plugin functionality.

The plugin is working on order status. Once the order has completed, then the credits will add to the user account. So please change the order status to complete and check the user credits.

No, there is no such option to add referrals manually from WP backend. But it will come in the future version.
