Creating a new email to use to get the add in is one thing, but what about customers it blocks? Not worth it.
@jwest444 It has been 3 months since I went through this and they still haven’t done anything. When you’re trying to give a business your money for their product and they ignore you, there isn’t much else you need to know. It’s a shame, because it looks like a good product, but it’s no good if you can’t use it.
I don’t know what you spoke into existence there, but that fixed the problem!
Thank you so very much!

The incorrect url kind of hits a familiar string. Shortly after migrating to the new hosting I noticed that some urls were going to printedperfectiondotcom.wpstaging.com, which is the staging site that they moved me to before going live. I reached out to support and they said they used an add on and changed the urls. However, I do not see any plug in that looks like it changes urls, so I am guessing they installed it, fixed the urls and removed it. I would have to reach out to them to confirm for sure.
The packing slips and invoices printed fine previously, but the 404 error is happening on all orders now, old and new. If this helps, this is what one of the urls looks like: https://shop.printedperfection.com/wcpdf/invoice/63642/62220836b0/pdf
Should I reach out to WP support?
@boomerangz They haven’t replied to mine either. I finally went with another security plug in.
Thank you for replying. I just sent one email from “contact”. The other email, the one that I registered with is an alias named “wordpress”. That is a brand new email that I created the same day I tried to register on your site, for the purposes of organizing WordPress related emails.
Can you please tell me if this is what customers will experience when they’re placing an order? Customers can create an account when they order. I do not want them getting hemmed up in a long delay that causes them to abandon their order. I just want to stop the fake account registrations.
I know this latter part is abandoning the original topic slightly, but I didn’t think you’d want another post for it specifically.
I installed the plug in last night and it took at least 1-1/2 hours before it allowed my email address. I stopped mid-way through the checkout process, because I wanted to find out if new registrations on my website will also be put to this wait – even if it is a half hour. Apparently they don’t have any pre-sales support, so the forum is the best you get until after you purchase.
I would give them a couple of hours and see if your email is accepted. For me, I am not going to buy until I hear whether or not my customers are going to have to go through this wait.
