They all already only have 1 function selected in option 2. (Share). Any other ideas please? Seems to be no settings available to edit the hover/click function. Essentially trying to create the clickable function you get on hover, without the need for the tooltips on hover appearing. Hope that clarifies. Ok, we’ve tested a bit more thoroughly now with other contact form plugins on the same servers. They work fine on multi-site. Emails going out fine and being received fine. So confirmed as some kind of issue with your cf7 plugin and WP multi-site latest version 5.4.2 and our setup. Is v5.2 of cf7 compatible with latest version of WP multi-site? Our issue looks to have started late last week around the 23rd or 24th of July, and is about the time we updated from v5.4.1 of WP to 5.4.2 I think.

Trying to create an area I can share publicly for you, but have narrowed it down to not working only on sites that are within a WP multi-site network. Sites that are on the same server in a WP single site work fine. Where are the logs for your plugin held? If there aren’t any, I guess we need to look at mail log on server?

@mrtom414 thanks for your reply. But in this instance, that won’t work. We are not using a translation plugin, as the translations are already prepared by the client, and they want to feed them in themselves. So there needs to be 2 versions of each page, and editable from WP admin area. It’s a strange requirement I know. I don’t think there is a way to do it, but thought I’d post and ask and see if anyone had come across something similar in the past.

Same issues as others on WordPress 5.3

I can see the Client ID and Client Secret are saved in the relevant database fields though. So it’s strange they don’t populate on the /options-general.php?page=wp-strava-options page in WP admin area?

Got it…. was custom theme issue. Your suggestion gave us the tools to work out the issue. Are you able to delete this post please? I don’t think it will be of any use to others….. thanks.

Ok, spent a bit of time doing further testing just now, and still same issue occurring sorry. We are on latest version of WP 5.2 and had de-activated all other caching plugins from the network. All sites, and main site. We network activated this plugin. It activates for around 15 seconds and then de-activates itself. Unsure of cause? Also clocked issue which will stop us using it anyway. The CDN details are entered in the CDN section of WP Rocket plugin, but only apply for the 1 main site, not all sub sites. So would have to configure separately anyway. Thanks.

Thanks for your feedback. I’ll retest next week. Perhaps we have another plugin or setting in our WP multi-site environment that is causing it to de-activate. Another cache plugin on 1 of the sites in the network is likely culprit I guess? Perhaps have to remove all, and just have WP Rocket in place.

Ok, what is solution then? Lots of websites must also have same issue with this plugin? Is it theme issue? I don’t think so, as z-index higher value should prioritise and force to sit on top.

Is lowering the z-index of the sticky header of your plugin the solution? Or some other CSS to set priority of what sits on top?

Small issue I’ve just clocked. For our WP sticky menu in header, when you scroll down page, and hover over it, the sub menu appears behind the sticky header row of the table. Tried editing the z-index with CSS to bring it on top, but no joy. Any idea how to fix? Thanks.
