Thanks so much for this – I didn’t know about reordering the zones so that’s helpful. I’ve put Northern Ireland at the top to try initially. I’ve added in the postcodes as I can’t see a way to reference Northern Ireland otherwise. I’ve put the higher rates in that option and tried a NI postcode, but it still comes up as the normal rate of ￡6 for larger items.

Are you able to check the below images to see if I’ve populated them incorrectly, please?

It actually seems like I just need to do a different cost for Northern Ireland, Guernsey and Jersey. Not Scotland.

Hi Julie,

I’ve added 4 screenshots. TF1 & 2 seem to not really add anything as I can’t see why I’d change any settings there, TF3 shows you what I have included in my cheapest variation which I’d like to show, and TF4 shows you what I have included in all of the other variations which I don’t want to show.

No problem – which parts do you need to see? I’ve attached my overall shop settings and then a couple of listings with problems. You’ll see that the description is coming through as code, despite giving the correct description in the Facebook description box. It is also picking up the wrong variant, with either the most expensive or mid-priced variant selected, when I’ve instructed them to not be synced. Additionally, they’re showing as in stock when they’re out of stock on my website. The connection seems to be the issue but I don’t understand how to fix it.
