It seems like it could be an issue due to the theme you are using.
Did you check if the same problem exists with the default WordPress theme?

@jefferytodd You need to login to your cpanel and there you can find phpMyAdmin .Once you click that , you can find all corresponding tables.For the emails it will be wp_users table.

I don’t know why backup is not working.Last time backup was also working.And now also when I restore the mysql database from control panel it shows it was restored but I keep getting those errors..I did upgrade few plugins few days back and backup was taken before that.Hope that is no issue.

I had imported sample data when I got new theme, but I did not know it would reset my order data as well.I did not backup.Is there some way to get the order data back? Please it would be great if anyone can help, like where I should look for it exactly..

I noticed that the billing date is picked up from the actual date.Like whatever day you print the invoice is the date it is going to show on billing date.This is incorrect because customer paid online on a specific date not the day we print invoice.

Yes thanks, it got sorted out a couple of days back after i submitted my issue on your site support.
The guys are great and instantly my issue was resolved.
I don’t about others but mine was not working because i had entered my gmail email address in the send from field.So i just put my email i have with the website and it worked.
