  • What do you mean will be available in the next version?
The instructions say that the ini file should do the trick, so I placed it in the wp-content directory and it is NOT working!
I hate that little stupid archive/RSS appendix, it ruins the layout of the blog.

Can you kindly give precise instructions on how to make it work?
And if it isn’t working now, why do you say that it does in the plugin instructions???

I narrowed down the problem to the functions.php file which caused all the dashboard problems.
So one question remains: where do you include the above code to register the second sidebar so that i don’t have the same problem again?
Can you just put it anywhere in the file or is there a particular spot it belongs to?

I ran into the same problem, and I know the problem is the theme. I removed it but I want to use it, and I don’t know what is wrong with it.
I altered the functions.php file adding another sidebar to the theme, but maybe I inserted the code in the wrong place which disrupts the loop somehow. I do need a second sidebar, so what do I do?

Can changes in the functions.php file cause the blank pages?
It looks like I have a theme related problem that is causing the blank pages and inaccessible admin panel, as they disappeared when I removed the theme.
Could anyone help me fix the problem and take a look at my functions file?
I added another sidebar to the theme and had to alter the functions.php.

I am sorry but if you’re too lazy to respond with details and actual helpful information, don’t post at all esmi. Do you think I am so dense I haven’t found those links myself?
They don’t explain anything I asked in my question. So thanks for nothing.

What I would like to really accomplish is to turn the previous posts into clickable thumbnails (derived from the first image in every post). So I want to have the first post only on the home page (in settings show 1 post)- and the rest of the posts in a thumbnail format (no description).
How do I do this best?
