Thank you for the update, I have just looked at the install of the weather station and the source file bit is still the same so what do i need to do to find the source now?

I had been talking with the tech support of the host and the path they came up with was two long for the box it keeps cutting the last part out.

I was working down the Local file route as the file is on the same webspace as the wordpress site.
