Hi Amimul, yes I can give more context

For drop-down fields you can add individual options but there is also the Bulk Edit/predefined data set button, within that button there is are selections bubbles you can choose like a list of countries or other lists with set replies etc – a quick way to add a list into a drop down

but is there a way to add a custom list into the pre defined datasets options – for example in my website I have about 50-60 sports teams so adding them manually multiple times to a drop-down list for separate forms would be very time consuming, is it possible to add the list of teams to the WordPress database to have them appear in the Bulk Edit/pre defined data set window ?

What I have done is duplicated the form and stripped any of the info in there that was GDPR etc

This duplicated form gives the same issue – the pdf contains the info but the mail body doesn’t

It’s the Player & Card Information section that is not working – this section uses conditional fields to make the text box appear for the information to be manually entered

The contact form is currently password protected as it’s only for use by specific individuals on the site.

I can send you the code for the full form if you wish or send you a password privately for the page that contains the form.

It seems that it’s only the ‘conditional logic’ fields that the email body no longer seems to send the data from, but the pdf generator contains the information ?

And I then just tried to amend the ‘missing score’ in the table in wordpress backend and it wiped all the 0 scores from the entire table ???

I did notice however that there was a small glitch as i ran the test several times using 0-0 as the scores and although it worked straight away, when i posted another score for a second and third time with similar values – the first entry scores disappeared ?

It has been fine for all my other entries but the first entry has stayed empty ? And its showing fine in cfdb7 in the backend ?

These are the front end, back end and email images

The back end table is using the auto create option to add the columns and data but it just doesn’t seem to load the scores via the drop down list but ninja tables is fine when i use that
