It seems you have not activated the sticky header yet. Please go to, Appearance > Customize > Flash Theme Options > Header Settings > Enable Sticky Header. Hope this helps to fix your issue.

Can you please attach the screenshot of the issue? Because we don’t find any Times New Roman Font while checking your URL, it seems all fine in the Chrome browser. We can’t share your screenshot here. You can contact us via chat support. We can provide you the feature of Flash Free vs Pro as well. And Regarding your Site Override query, it will not affect your site.

For, font-size on pages:

    font-size: 20px;
}

To add custom CSS, Go to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS.
