How long should I expect to wait?

I sent a message about 2 weeks ago and they didn’t respond. I just sent this message again:

1. I am receiving dozens of spam user registrations on some days (for a couple weeks) even though I have IThemes v. 7.3.6 set up with Google reCaptcha v3 (on all pages and .7 setting).

I added 2FA a couple weeks ago but the registrations kept coming for another 12 hours then stopped, but they started up later.

2. I have LearnDash LMS which comes with I Themes Pro. How do I get login credentials so I can login to Solid and get customer suppport?
3. I submitted this same issue about 2 weeks ago and did not get any response. Am I doing something wrong?

I’ve gone through the setup instructions.

I created a form for Mailchimp subscriptions. But when someone signs up they don’t end up on my WordPress email list (though they did before the plugin) . So new subscribers don’t get emails of my new posts.
What am I doing wrong?

I fixed it. I went through bluehost and deleted the snippet. Thanks for the suggestion Lap.

My problem was that when I published a post today the post was not sent to my mailchimp list and I still don’t know why. My mailchimp wordpress plugin page says I’m connected and I have the right lists.

Any suggestions?

No. And I have unchecked the box that allows anyone to register. But I still want to know how people/bots register on my website if they haven’t subscribed to my email list. Where do they sign up? I’m trying to understand how the system works.

Thank you I’m still wondering how people register on my website when I do allow users to register.

Also, how do I recognize people on my user-subscriber list who are not email subscribers? Do I have to check my email list then go back and check the user-subscriber list?
