Hi there, based on the link that I’m seeing on the page you referenced it looks like an .mp3 file extension URL. Is that right? Could you send over the media file URL you have for the video you’re wanting to display for this episode? Should have an .mp4 or .mov type of extension.

I just check the settings for the author and its working fine here. Maybe it is due to caching plugin or cache of your hosting provider. Try previewing on another browser.
Page View Counter is showing for me.

Well, First you need to figure out where you want to remove the border. Find the class of those divs and then apply the border: 0 and add that CSS through to customizer custom CSS.
