Have you seen the ‘fallback’ option within Elementor widget? It might be easier to use that.
Or, just set up 2 conditions. If the ACF field is empty, show the “sorry, this is not available for this restaurant” text.
If the ACF field is not empty: hide the text, show the opening times.
