It is not possible to know how every theme deals with post dates and meta so there is custom CSS option in settings. You can read my tutorial about that. Link is there in settings page.
We can not predict that. Plugin removes dates from code so search engine stops displaying soon. I recently seen it took 2 weeks for one of the sites and 3 days for other site.
That can be controlled by css. Since every theme is different, I can not add global menu that will work for every theme. I have added css field for that.
