I’m sorry bother this support forum but are there any recommendations on what should be done?

I’ve been reading through other posts and thought this information might help; we are using the W3 Total Cache plug-in with the CDN enabled with Amazon Cloudfront. We are still optimistically hoping there’s a solution as SLB seems to be a great solution for our particular pop-up video needs through the paid add-on.

Ok. This looks like it ‘might’ be a CDN problem. Can the free simple lightbox and the paid video-addon versions please support Amazon Cloudfront CDN please? (Again, this ‘might’ be it – not 100% sure).

FYI: All browsers are running: jQuery version: 1.11.2

I just clicked the ‘enable’ button on the minify section (it’s not enabled now). Below the button is says “Minification can decrease file size of HTML, CSS, JS and feeds respectively by ~10% on average.” As I mentioned above, I was in there looking at settings and must have left it on when I saved the page (my mistake).

If they don’t provide the service, then we’ll cancel the payment.

We are having the same problem at the pages and posts of apstraining.com … our preference is to have the FCH setting so feature images are pulled if available.
