Thanks for reaching out. It seems like a plugin might be conflicting with our script. Can you please test by disabling any caching or popup plugins you may have and then try again in an incognito window?
If that works fine, kindly enable the plugins one by one and see which one causes the issue to appear again.

Thanks for your message.
It seems like your caching plugin may be preventing the plugin from changing the status of the campaign.
Can you please disable the caching plugin and try again?
If that works, kindly ensure that you have excluded https://a.omappapi.com/app/js/api.min.js from being minified by your caching plugin.
If that does not work, its possible there is another plugin conflict. You can test that on your staging website by disabling all other plugins but OptinMonster and see if the issue still persists.

This error is most often due to cookies in the browser. If you see the campaign once and interact with it, it will set the cookies as per the guide here: https://optinmonster.com/docs/how-optin-cookies-and-the-global-cookie-work-in-optinmonster/
Would you try clearing your browser’s cookies and cache, then check if the error is resolved?
