Thank you for providing the SSR. I noticed there are no custom theme modifications on your site, and all the plugins are updated to their latest versions.
I also didn’t face any issues navigating your site. If you are still getting the error, please send us its screenshot (upload your screenshot at snipboard, and paste the generated URL) as well as the exact URL of the page on which you see this error.
We’ll check, and get back to you accordingly.

The error
“A critical error has occurred on this website. Check your administrator’s inbox for instructions.”
is a WordPress Backend error; did you check your server’s error logs?If you find any recent error history in the logs, please copy those errors and paste them here. We’ll check and get back to you.
Also, updating to WooCommerce v7.0.0 can also solve your problem; feel free to update your site to the latest version; but, take a full site backup before proceeding.
It will be great if you could share your current System Status Report. You can get it by navigating to the

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Price not sameHello @eddieeu!
I checked your screenshot and noticed the price difference. I also see the following text in your screenshot:
Image URL: https://d.pr/i/b8LE76The site seems to be using a plugin that offers ‘Points and Rewards’ functionality. The discount/price difference that you see seems to be the amount calculated after applying the points discount.
We have a similar plugin: https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-points-and-rewards/
If this is your site, and you do not know which plugin is causing this issue; try disabling all plugins first and start enabling each one-by-one. After enabling each, test the issue. This way, you’ll find the exact plugin/extension that is causing this.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Please Help! integrate payment gatewayHello @mrhmod!
Kindly note that Mamo Pay doesn’t have any WooCommerce extension/plugin; so this would require custom/manual implementation.
Note that the Payment gateway don’t have Plugin for woocommerce, but they confirmed that I can integrate the Postman file with my wordpress/woocommerce, So the Payment gateway will work fine with my website
You mentioned this earlier; so, it is best that you ask the payment gateway team for further steps; they can better guide you in this case.
In case you need a developer to implement this, you can find one at: https://www.woocommerce.com/experts/
Or, you can search for a developer on other platforms who can achieve this for you.Best!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Please Help! integrate payment gatewayHi @mrhmod!
I checked your site, as well as the postman link, and it seems the payment gateway in question is Mamo Pay. Please correct if I missed anything.
As you already know, there is no WooCommerce extension (as of today) that integrates with this payment gateway.
So, integrating this code into your WooCommerce site would still require some custom code, in the form of a plugin or template changes.
Reference: https://support.mamopay.com/hc/en-us/articles/360019373577–Can-I-integrate-Mamo-Pay-for-Business-as-a-payment-option-on-my-website-A developer can assist you in developing this code. We recommend, getting in touch with one of the WooExperts for this purpose.
Or, you can use a different payment gateway; here is a list of available payment gateways for WooCommerce: https://woocommerce.com/product-category/woocommerce-extensions/payment-gateways/online-payments/?categoryIds=28680&collections=product&page=1
If you are looking for UAE-specific payment gateways, then Stripe and PayPal can be used: https://woocommerce.com/product-category/woocommerce-extensions/payment-gateways/online-payments/?categoryIds=28680&collections=product&page=1&country=United+Arab+Emirates

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Billing Address becomes empty when Shipping Address is updatedHello @mustafa9140!
Kindly note that I do see the issue on your site; but, it is not replicable on my test site. I noticed that you are using the Elementor theme; I tried the same theme, and didn’t face any problems.
The checkout page on your site seems to be modified; following is how a default Checkout page on Elementior looks like: https://d.pr/i/RZUPnp
On your site, this could be due to your template changes or one of your active plugins, as this is not the default behavior or ‘checkout page’ setup.
You can perform a conflict test on your site (do take a backup first) or on a staging version of your site (recommended) to find the actual cause of the proibnoem, and then resolve it.
If you have questions, let us know.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Manage stock don’t workHello @digineko47!
Kindly note that the order status needs to be on ‘processing’, ‘On Hold’, or ‘completed’ status; only then, the stock is reduced.
So, if your stock is being reduced for the ‘completed orders’, this is the expected behavior. But, if the stock is not being reduced for the ‘completed orders’, then please provide us more details (mentioned below) so that we can check this further:
1. Paste here the product URL
2. A screenshot of your main inventory settings (WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Inventory). You can upload your screenshots at snipboard and paste here the generated link.
3. Screenshot of your product’s inventory settings (Edit Product > ‘Inventory’ tab).
4. Your site’s current System Status Report. You can get it by navigating to the
WooCommerce / Status
section of your site. Once there, click on theGet system report
button and then copy it by clicking on theCopy for support
button. Then paste it here in a comment.Along with the above information, let us know how you tested the issue. We’ll check accordingly, and get back to you.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Product twice in cart after clicking 2 times add to cartHey @golfball-uhu!
Thank you for the screenshots. I wanted to see the setup of your product; your screenshots helped me understand this.
Kindly note I am not able to replicate this behavior on my test site; I tried adding simple as well as variable products, and both gets added to the cart as expected, i.e. by increasing the quantity rather than a new listing.
The issue doesn’t seem to occur with the default WooCommerce installation. But, it is happening on your site; the reason behind this could be one or more installed plugins. Plugins can override the default WooCommerce behavior.
I noticed you have a test/staging site, i.e. https://testshop.golfball-uhu.de; please follow the below-mentioned steps to find the cause of this problem:
1. Disable all plugins, and only keep the WooCommerce plugin active; then update the WooCommerce plugin to its latest version, i.e. v7.0.0. Then, try to replicate the issue on a new browser. If you do not face the problem after disabling all extra plugins, it means one of your disabled plugins is causing a conflict.
2. Then, enable all your plugins one-by-one and after enabling each, test the issue. Idea is to find the problematic plugin. Once you find it, update it to see if it resolves the problem. If it doesn’t, you can get in touch with the plugin developer to get the issue resolved.
Complete steps to perform a conflict test: https://woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/
In case, this doesn’t help, please create a ticket with WooCommerce.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Product twice in cart after clicking 2 times add to cartHey @golfball-uhu!
Your screenshot shows the simple product without variations. The marked colors are no variations….they are properties to use for example in the shop search for colors:
Thank you for confirming. I asked for the screenshot of the Dashboard page in which you are setting these values. The idea is to check if that setting is conflicting with the default add-to-cart behavior and adding two listings for the same product.
Will it be possible for you to send its screenshot?
If you are not comfortable in providing the screenshot on forum or aren’t sure what to send, please create a ticket with WooCommerce; based on the WooCommerce plugins used by you, you are eligible for the Premium support.
You can specify this thread URL in your ticket, so that the support rep could read this thread for understanding the context of your problem.
If you have questions, let us know.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Product twice in cart after clicking 2 times add to cartHello @golfball-uhu!
I can replicate the problem on your site, I tested with this product. If I add this product to the cart two times, by keeping the product quantity at one, it creates two product entries (just like in your screenshot).
Usually, this behavior is only seen with variable products, that too when different variations of the same product are added to the cart.
Is this a variable product? If yes, Can you check if it has variations titled “Color” or “Farbe”?
If it is a variable product and has variations as per the color, then for some reason, different variations are being selected for this product on clicking the “Add to cart” button.
Reference screenshot: https://d.pr/i/syMvTt
If it is not a variation, let us know from where this value is coming. A screenshot of the applicable setting from the Admin CP will be helpful.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] How can I MOVE the RELATED PRODUCTSHello @kristinubute!
To put the ‘Related Products’ section under the ‘Short Description’ area, you need to first remove the ‘Related Products’, and then append it to the ‘Short Description’ section using related products shortcode; code provided below:
$product = wc_get_product( $product_id ); if(isset($product)){ remove_action('woocommerce_after_single_product_summary', 'woocommerce_output_related_products', 20); add_filter('woocommerce_short_description','ts_add_text_short_descr'); function ts_add_text_short_descr($description){ $text='[related_products limit="3"]'; return $description.$text; } }
The end result would be something like this: https://d.pr/i/DIYAkz
This code affects both simple and variable product types.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Sort products by 2 categories on sidebarHey @kirits!
I checked the website URL that you provided; they have displayed the product categories in the left sidebar along with the other product attributes. Their end-users can choose one or more attributes, and accordingly the results of the main product list change.
Similar functionality can be achieved using WooCommerce Product Search extension.
As an example, please check this screenshot of the implementation: https://d.pr/i/gubrCe
In this example, I have made my product list filterable according to the “Color”, “Price”, and “Category” attributes of the products. End-user can select multiple filter options, and accordingly, the product list will adjust to meet the filter criteria.
You can read more about the extension’s features here: https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-product-search/
This is a paid WooCommerce extension; if you buy it; you’ll become eligible for Woo Premium support. You can get in touch with the Woo support team to set it up for your site.
Note: If you want to try WooCommerce products, please note we have a 30-day refund policy. If the product doesn’t work the way you need or you think another product would work better, we are more than happy to offer a full refund. You can read more about our refund policy on our website here: https://woocommerce.com/refund-policy/

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Sort products by 2 categories on sidebarHello @kirits!
To ensure that we are on the same page, it is better that you share with us an example of what exactly you want to display in your sidebar; like a URL of any webpage that already displays the sidebar data the way you want.
The shortcode that I previously provided will create a product list in the sidebar as follows:
1. https://d.pr/i/GN75iT
2. https://d.pr/i/7EQbLkThis auto-generated list is a general product listing that includes the products under the specified categories (including the products in their subcategories).

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Shipping Rates for variations not showingHello @fairfielddigital!
As I understand, you’ve set up your site to calculate the shipping cost based on the weight and dimensions of the product.
The problem that you are facing is that for the variable products, these values are picked from the main shipping tab of the product rather than the variation-specific values. If you remove the main shipping information, the shipping calculation doesn’t work.
Please correct me if I missed anything.
We need more details about your setup.
1. Please share your current System Status Report. You can get it by navigating to the
WooCommerce / Status
section of your site. Once there, click on theGet system report
button and then copy it by clicking on theCopy for support
button. Then paste it here in a comment.2. Take screenshots of your product shipping setup as well as the main shipping settings from ‘WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping’ section. Then upload these to snipboard and paste here the generated links.
We’ll check your setup and get back to you.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] How can I MOVE the RELATED PRODUCTSHello @kristinubute!
The “Related Products” section is automatically generated, and there is no setting to change its position.
However, its position can be changed using hooks or template modifications. Using hooks, you can change the priority of this section to move it above the other sections.
As an example, I was able to move the ‘Related Products’ section right below the ‘Add to Cart’ button using the following code snippet:
remove_action('woocommerce_after_single_product_summary', 'woocommerce_output_related_products', 20); add_action('woocommerce_after_single_product_summary', 'woocommerce_output_related_products', 9);
Screenshot of the output: https://d.pr/i/9hlMlQ
Reference: https://wordpress.stackexchange.com/questions/298952/move-related-products-after-product-summary
Note: You can use the ‘Code Snippets’ plugin to enter this code for your site’s frontend.
Here is how I use this: https://d.pr/i/9XsOVr
This hook code will change the ‘Related Products’ section’s position for all product types, not just simple products. If you wish to change the position only for Simple products, then this hook code needs to be modified to first detect the product type and run accordingly.
