The function imagecreatefromjpeg is a native PHP function and seems to be disabled by your hosting provider. Please make sure you have image processing libraries installed and enabled in hosting provider. I have tested the plugin with the PHP version 7.4.8 yet. Plugin works well with the following configuration and hope it works in other versions too.

WordPress version: 5.4.2
PHP version: 7.2.16
MySQL version: 8.0.15

Also please stop sharing uname and pwd in the support pages, might lead to misuse of the information.

Profile pic options are managed from the WordPress Avatar options. Please check the FAQ section in plugin, reference in Screenshots

@raza567 As of now shortcodes are not available with plugin which could help with these functionalities. I have plans to add these in future releases. Until then per @anuplike30 suggestion, you could use other plugins too. The user base is aligned with WordPress default user profiles and hence other plugins could help you with it.

@raunhar Plugin has static fields related to Hindu Matrimony which is appropriate for other community users. To enable admin who chose to edit/delete these static fields, the new option is put in place. Typically in future release all fields will be dynamic for edition, expect for few fields. FAQs and screenshots are updated with details on “Static to Dynamic Fields”.

@radha63 Its fixed in latest release. This is just a warning due to function deprecation. Usually you can disable these warning in php.ini configuration which are typically disabled in Production deployments.

Could you please provide the link to the theme you are using, so that I can verify the same in my local and validate the same.

Thanks for using the plugin. Are you going to install the plugin newly? If yes, then I can give you a customised version of the plugin with what ever addition fields you need. If you need it as part of the plugin, it is already in our roadmap but might take time for GA as per my free time.

This feature is already in place. Currently user can send only 5 messages to a user. There is no specific limit on user level. But the limit is between one user to other. Will try to incorporate the changes in near future release. Thanks and appreciate your patience !

Could you please enable the Developer mode options to true as in below

define(‘DEVELOPMENT_ENVIRONMENT’, true);
define(‘GWPM_ENABLE_DEBUGGING’, true);

in the file gwpm_config.php

this will log all the transactions in /tmp/gwpm_error.log in your server. please post the error details from there so that it will be useful to debug

This plugin is as other plugins and supports all themes. Its best optimized and tested in all wordpress in-built themes and I would suggest to use the same. Use themes as your wish and Please raise a support ticket incase if you have issue so that I could help fix any issues.

The statement “wordpress is not good for matrimony site at it slows the speed” is underrated and performance depends on the hosted servers.

1. Are you getting the rights issue when you login as Admin ?
2. How did the users got registered ?
3. As an Admin go to WordPress Dashboard -> Matrimony -> Admin Dashboard and check if you can see the users
4. Enable the “Anybody can view the profiles” options in WordPress Dashboard -> Settings -> Genie Wp Matrimony and check if you can see the matrimony pages, https://ps.w.org/genie-wp-matrimony/assets/screenshot-1.png?rev=1473859
5. Disable and Re-run the installation setup in the above image again and check if the issues are resolved
