I have also the same error connect() timed out! while i am going to authorize new account link.
i have successfully added my consumer key,secret but it can’t authorize the account.

I have also the same problem!
When i am going to the setting page of this plugin .it says the

You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.

Can you guy’s help in this problem.

i have also a Blog on aspx . now i want to import all posts in to wordpress.
