Hi @duracelltomi ,
You’re most welcome. You have given us a wonderful plugin for free, we’re so grateful for that ?? I know how busy you are, so trying to jump in to help whenever possible. Thanks once again, cheers ??
@volcomjon no worries, please make sure the container is published so that the transactions from your customers would also get registered in GA. Have a great day. Cheers ??
Hi @volcomjon
Thanks for allowing me to perform a test purchase. I can see the purchase event is firing now. Also, the GA payload has the purchase action & product data.
You should be able to see this in GA once processed.

Praba.Hi @volcomjon,
Been following this thread. The screenshot shared by @duracelltomi (Screenshot) doesn’t contain
gtm4wp.orderCompletedEEC
Adding
|test
to the end of the trigger won’t work.Your trigger should be as below;
gtm4wp.addProductToCartEEC|gtm4wp.productClickEEC|gtm4wp.removeFromCartEEC|gtm4wp.checkoutOptionEEC|gtm4wp.changeDetailViewEEC|gtm4wp.checkoutStepEEC|gtm4wp.orderCompletedEEC
Please adjust your trigger as above & publish your container (after testing). Hope this helps.
Thanks,

add_to_cart is for GA4 ecommerce. use this to fire your GA4 add_to_cart event.
gtm4wp.addProductToCart is for the Universal Analytics Enhanced Ecommerce.
