just curious have you inspected the code in your pages or you’re using a tool to validate your HTML code?

I am asking because I use your same versions (also for Pro) and I do not see any duplication of doctype in frontend or backend.

Is possible that it is a different plugin causing this? Which is your configuration?

I am not involved in any way with the Warfare team, just curious since I use this plugin on many client websites.

My bad, the plugin works just fine. It was a mistake I made in the theme code that was making it unavailable.

I would like to understand a bit better how it works your engine to recognize the files to avoid.

In your previous string if I insert only quicktags (with no extension) I should be able to avoid the minification and caching of both: quicktags.js and quicktags.min.js?

Update (again):
I’ve been able to resolve the switch issue for the editor. All I had to do was to remove the quicktags.js script from the ones that are optimized in order to get the switch buttons work again.

Actually…
I have to say that even if the problem is half solved I still have problem switching from Visual to Text and back.

Any of you have found a solution? I’ve also tried to add the tinymce.min.js file to add specificity but is still not working…

I think is some kind of conflict in fact if you check your console you’ll see that each time you press one of those buttons you get the TypeError: ed is undefined error.

Does anyone have ever solved this problem?

All you have to do is to exclude jQuery and TinyMCE adding those paths:
wp-inludes/js/jquery, tinymce, tinyMCE

Same problem here… So I have just to comment out that line and the text inside my forum will be back as normal and also the code inside my posts will be safe?

For the time being it’s not a bad thing, but I hope the developer will correct the issue ??

So the page that gives me problem is this one, you can see the list of lessons because there are no badges shown on that page (although there are saved in the system). In this one you can see that the badges are shown properly without any problem but as I wrote before this course has been created before upgrading to 4.4

In order to be as clear as possible I am running on a custom Genesis child theme and the code base for the page is avaliable in this gist.

Hope to gave all the details you need but if you want access to dev system we can try something out.

Hi Michael and thank you for the quick answer.

The problem is that when I use the mentioned shortcode to show the badges on my page the lessons related to the course are not shown but if I remove the shortcode everything works just fine.

I don’t know why this happen and I don’t think that is a problem of my code since I haven’t done anything with your shortcode.

I want to let you know that this problem popped up only with a new course created after the 4.4 update and with the old courses everything works just fine.

On my dev env I am trying to discover where is the problem but at the moment it look like the shortcodes are braking the list of lessons…

I am sorry to re-open this topic, but with my wordpress installation I still have trouble to see the steps involved to achieve a badge…

I am running on WordPress 4.0.1, Sensei 1.6.5, BadgeOS 1.4.3 and BadgeOS Sensei Add-On 1.0.1

Since the first time I cannot see the various steps that I created and it looks like the plugin is not working because I have created a badge for “the first time login” and it looks like is not working with my students…

As you can notice from my previous statement, this problem does not involve only Sensei-relate badges, but it will affect all my badge system. I have a W3 Total Cache plugin installed on my WordPress as well, do you think is that the problem?

If so, how will I be able to have a cache system and a badge system in my installation?

I’ve been able to understand that I have to change the structure of single-badges.php (if you do not have it, just clone che single.php page).

But I do not understand how to change the structure of the page, if I remove the function the_content() I do not see any information about the badge…
