So sorry you were having trouble with your RSS Feed. The RSS reader that we use in our plugin unfortunately has a few limitations and does not work for less standardized RSS formats. We are looking into alternatives in the hopes of being able to support more different RSS formats in the future.

Are you editing the z-index for that class in your css/main.min.css file?

Feel free to send us an email with access to your WP site so we can take a look. Where you can edit this depends on how your site and theme are set up, but the CSS files typically live in Appearance > Editor.

It looks like your navbar has a very high z-index. From testing this, it doesn’t look like it needs to be that high. If you change it to “1”, that should make the POWr Popup show up correctly, without it being hidden behind the navbar:

Hi @webdevmelb – At this time it’s unfortunately not possible to embed POWr plugins in emails. As iframes can potentially link to shady or plain malicious content (like scripts), a lot of email clients just disable them. Instead, I recommend including your plugins share link. The link leads to a page hosted on POWr that contains only the plugin. This way the survey would not be installed on your site but you can still gather feedback.

The popup you’re describing is unrelated to your POWr Hit Counter installation. However, please feel free to email [email protected] with your website URL where the popup is appearing. We’ll be happy to inspect your site and direct you to the plugin company/ad company that has that popup appearing on your site!
