Nevermind. Solved the problem. Not supported with iPhone… tested with Android and got positive results.

I am having the same issue as erinsbwp. My box looks exactly like her screenshot.
I have not added any new plug-ins or changed anything. It seems as if this has happened overnight. The problem has persisted for the past 3-4 days
