Sorry for the delay. This issue is not resolved in the way that I intend for the emails to function. I will try what you recommended.

I added the paid feature so that I could view the entries and not miss customer interactions. However, the forms are still coming through blank in my emails.

Done. They don’t know either.

They told me it was fixed actually and that it was “propagating”. When in-fact it was expressed as being corrected before the site was launched 9 months ago.

I discovered it wasn’t, recently when reactivating services that was originally postponed until now.
