• A few people have indicated that they can not access my blog.
People using Google chrome, it brings them an error msg.

“Site can not be reached, https://www.jackysodyssey.com DNS address can not be found, ERR_NAME_NOT_SOLVED.”

That’s the msg they get. I have contacted my host and they said its not an issue on thier end but it’s the settings on people’s computers or phones.
I can I solve this issue.
When I use all my browsers, I have no issue accessing my blog. But since a few people have noticed this issue, it’s a big problem for me.
    my blog address is www.jackysodyssey.com

  • I’m using Chrome and I can see your site.
Maybe it was a temporary problem due to bad DNS propagation, but I think that it was a problem of your hosting provider.

I tried google chrome on my end too and it works but for a few people it doesn’t work. It is a little annoying. My host said it must be settings on those people’s browsers but I just don’t understand that.

Perhaps these people work in large companies and have a bad setting of proxy server in their browsers, or the company proxy blocks your domain name, for some reasons…
(in the second case you have nothing to do, they won’t be able to open your site)

It is mainly on thier cellphones and also I had two people in different settings try it and they failed. In local offices. I hope I figure it out.
