Thanks for getting back to me! I can’t see a link but I can say I did follow the instruction given by www.remarpro.com but am still not able to import. The status has been “in process” for several days now. A few things I have tried:
– use different browsers
– get new key to start a new import
– waited several weeks for the import to finish
– the site initially was password protected so I removed the password
– tried importing another site (which worked)
To provide more details: The site I am trying to import has mainly pictures and I have been using it for ~7 years now.
