Solved! I figured it out myself. But I did contact Wishpond support via chat and I have to say they do really really great support. The guy was really patient and did everything he could to help me. I had to make an appointment so I had to disconnect.

The JavaScript error happened when using Beaver Builder’s Tool to add JS to a specific page. If you want to remove the header and footer of your Wishpond landing page you have to paste some JS code. There is a conflict if pasted via the BB tool. Instead I pasted it directly into the text editor and it worked! Just thought I would share that in case anyone else has this issue.

OKay thanks for the info. I use PayPal and Woocommerce for clients to pay online but I would assume that setting up Square is somewhat similiar in terms of configuration. All of the settings would be in WooCommerce.

Your “DJ Service” is the product so your customers would still have to add your service to a cart in order to checkout. It doesn’t matter if the the item they are adding is an actual physical product or as in your case a service.

Another option might be to send your customer an invoice with the payment due information and allow them to pay you that way. As I am assuming you most likely aren’t being booked without a conversation first. You can also take deposits this way.

You could also create a simple page with your service information on it and add a pay button that will take your customer to the Square checkout page where they can complete their transaction.

You can also create a more custom page via Woocommerce if you want.

If you choose to handle transactions via your site you will need an SSL certificate.

They don’t sell domains or hosting on this site. Perhaps you purchased your domain on WordPress.com? This site, (www.remarpro.com) is for self-hosted support of wordpress.

Hmmm

Without being able to actually see what you’re seeing it’s difficult to say what the issues may be at this point.

But since you mentioned your blog has been dormant for about a year I’m assuming no updates have been made. The problem could be any number of things including the theme your using as well some or all of your plug ins may be out of date.

What theme are you using?
What are you clicking on the side menu?

You could do a complete clean reinstall of your WP. That’s probably what I would do but not being able to actually see what you’re seeing makes it difficult to suggest this for you.

At this point you may want to start a new support thread and wait for one of the WP moderators to answer. Maybe they will have another solution for you.

Hey there, it sounds like you’re still logging in via your WP login is this correct?

You need to go to your hosting account first and either rename that plugin or delete it. Who are you hosting your website with? If you’re not familiar with server stuff I may be able to walk you through it.

This is a php.ini issue. It means your php.ini file needs to know the correct time and date. Contact your webhost. They should be able to fix it. This isn’t a WordPress issue. It’s not a major fix so don’t worry too much. ??

Log into your server and go to your plugin folder. You have a plugin called Genesis-Simple-Sidebars that is obviously causing the problem.

You can rename this file to something like genesis-simple-sidebars-hold

This will deactivate the plugin. Then try logging into your website.
Also if you haven’t updated your site in a year you’ll need to update to the current version for security reasons.

I agree with WPNuance just copy the original style.css and paste. Also once you’re back up there is a plugin I use to make CSS changes. It is SiteOrigin CSS. It’s here in the WordPress depository works great and is very easy to use.
